This policy only includes the prints sold on this site (artbyarz.com). This excludes our partners’ marketplaces (RedBuble & FineArtAmerica) and any in-person gallery purchases. 

We’ll accept return requests for items that were damaged during shipping or transportation to your location. We request that photos of the damage be sent to anne.artbyarz@gmail.com so the artist can better evaluate it.

If you wish to return or have your item refunded, we must receive your request within 30 days of the date you received the item. We will also ask for a copy of your receipt or order confirmation email. 

Once we receive your return/refund request, the artist will review it. We will send you a confirmation email to confirm we’re processing the request. We’ll follow up with another email once the request has been processed to let you know if your return/refund was approved.

If approved, the money will be refunded to your original method of payment within two weeks. All payment companies are different in the amount of time it takes to confirm a payment, so it will likely take a minimum of a few days for the refund to show up in your bank statement.

If you wish to send the item back, you will be responsible for paying for the return shipping costs. The cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
